Construction Update from Peter Aloupis

Although it is still too early to determine an occupancy date with a great degree of certainty, our field representatives are giving us regular progress reports. It is not outside the realm of possibility, with certain contingencies working in our favor, that we could open the building before the end of the year. Our owner's representative in the field has this as a personal goal. At the same time, the contractors are currently indicating an anticipated completion date towards the end of January. Completion means an occupancy permit for the entire building, ready for move-in.
Once the building opens, we will certainly be able to accommodate everyone that is ready to move in short order. We have seven elevators in the building, and can offer morning, afternoon, and even night shifts as needed.
With regard to your personal circumstances regarding the sale of your home and your move in date, I would refer you to our in-house home marketing consultants, or Christen Bradshaw at the marketing office who will be our move-in coordinator. We are doing all we can to complete construction as soon as possible, and will endeavor to keep everyone informed of our progress toward that goal in order to facilitate your own planning. Under our construction contract we are entitled to formal notice from the contractor 150 days before the actual completion date. We will forward that information along to depositors as soon as we receive it.
Thanks again for all your support. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Please watch the website for more updates and I will update this page as I receive updates from the field.
